• Marketing Coordinator

  The Role: Marketing Coordinator

  Our seasoned and high-performance marketing team is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help seamlessly coordinate and execute a range of brand-building, demand, and growth marketing activities across paid and owned channels. 

   

  Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing efforts. It's essential that you develop a strong understanding of the core InsideTracker product and target audiences. 

   

  Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct outreach to secure new partnerships with creators, podcasts, newsletters, and other relevant channels. 
  • Manage communications and deliverables for existing partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Create landing pages, discount codes, ad copy, and other assets to support sponsorship activations.
  • Manage the execution and deliverables for InsideTracker's organic social media platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand voice, audiences, and content strategies across channels.
  • Become an expert on InsideTracker's products, science, features, technology, and community.
  • Serve as a passionate brand representative committed to honoring our mission.
  • Prioritize and deliver on marketing projects according to defined strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather project requirements and ensure on-time deliverable execution.

   

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing & social media tools (e.g. HubSpot, Asana, Sprout Social).
  • Passion for health/wellness and commitment to InsideTracker's mission.

• Sales Representative

  The Role: Sales Representative

  On the back of double-digit YOY growth, InsideTracker seeks a talented, ambitious, and hungry Sales Rep to join our team. You will be responsible for selling directly to coaches, trainers, dietitians and other health professionals  who are using InsideTracker with their clients (B2B2C).

  Key Responsibilities 

  •  Field Pro sales opportunities and nurture the prospects until close through virtual demos, video communication, and phone calls during work hours
  • Clearly articulate the InsideTracker Pro value proposition to leads by building in-depth knowledge of InsideTracker’s full suite of products and their associated features and the benefits for professionals specifically
  • Prospect potential InsideTracker Pros, partners, and events
  • Manage HubSpot sales pipelines, deal records, and activities and optimize for efficiency
  • Partner with internal customer experience team to seamlessly transition relationships new Pros once deals are closed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify industry trends and points in the sales and/or Pro user journey where content or resources would be valuable for education and enablement
  • Assist with Pro sales reporting and verify monthly commissions to Pros
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers if needed for further development and closure
  • Communicate with internal tech/product, support, and marketing teams to report issues and identify product, content, and enablement opportunities

   

  Requirements

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales success in a tech-enabled sales environment
  • Personal passion for athletic/human performance, biohacking/quantified self, and fitness
  • A professional license or certification in dietetics, exercise physiology, personal training, or a deep understanding of health and human performance preferred
  • Desire to continuously monitor and improve sales operations and processes for yourself and others to support growth and remove obstacles
  • Obsessed with metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient with Hubspot or related CRM tools
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solution-oriented with an eye for problem identification
  • Excellent communication skills, both externally and internally
  • A constant curiosity for learning about the product, human performance, nutrition, the health optimization landscape, and market trends
